Welcome to The Chichester Bike Project, your community hub for cycle repair, restoration, and education.
We refurbish donated bikes to gift to those who need transport or sell at affordable prices to support our work. Our fully equipped workshop is open to everyone, offering expert servicing and repairs by qualified mechanics.
Out in the community, we provide bike checks at events, deliver talks in schools and clubs, and work closely with local councils, police, and wardens to promote safer cycling. We also support organisations like the NHS with free workshops that offer skills, confidence, and vocational opportunities for people facing mental or physical challenges.
Our new paid adult workshops deliver structured, professional training for riders of all abilities.

SERVICING
Bike servicing is open! Bring us your bikes for repairs and servicing. Any profit we make will be reinvested in our community programs.
VOLUNTEER WITH US

SECOND HAND BIKES
We offer a selection of refurbished bikes at affordable prices. Buy a preloved bike from us and support the mission of our organisation.
FREE ADULT WORKSHOPS
A hands-on session run through our partner organisations. You’ll get to fix bikes as part of your support journey, learning basic bike mechanics in the process.
FREE KIDS WORKSHOPS
Bring your bike and learn how to fix it with support and guidance from the team at The Chichester Bike Project. Free for 7-12 year olds!
PAID ADULT WORKSHOPS
Our paid workshops offer our community the opportunity to learn basic bike skills, or build on the knowledge you already have.
